Current Volunteer Needs
2011 Missions Fest Conference
1. Audio / Visual/ Publicity—assist with PA system set up; lighting, video and sound in speaker tent
Reports to: A/V COORDINATOR
2. Facilities/ Onsite Office—help with answering questions and directing people to specific locations Reports to: FACILITIES COORDINATOR
3. Prayer— helps with staffing the prayer room and praying with individuals and groups REPORTS to: PRAYER COODINATOR
4. Hospitality/Housing/Ushering—greet conference attendees, answer questions from the public, help house exhibitors and speakers, help direct people into the auditorium Reports to: INFORMATION COORDINATOR
5. Book Sales—help sell books, materials and other items, restocking, inventory, and money transactions
Reports to: BOOK SALES COORDINATOR
6. Where needed most—act as a flexible volunteer by helping out wherever help is needed
Reports to: VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

As the Aviation Fair approaches, you will be contacted by the Coordinator(s) for the area(s) in which you are interested. At that time you will receive more information about scheduling and specific responsibilities.
