The first annual Missions Fest Lancaster Conference was held on February 19-21, 2010, at Lancaster Bible College bringing out about 2,500 over the course of 3 days. This year’s Conference is scheduled for February 18-20 at the new Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster.
